I recently purchased my first unit and it had the old 80s fly screen door that dragged on the ground when I opened it. The guys were great from measuring up to installation. I got them back for 2 additional doors after doing the front security door. Being a new build in 2024 there was slight movement and the door was not catching on one of the security bolts. I rang and left a message as they were on Christmas break but returned my call as soon as they were back. Jack arrived as promised on time and adjusted the locking plate and explained things I never knew. Great customer service and a really great personality.
